Get out! Dance! Move those legs and arms and bootie! Shake it, but don't break it! And soon - you'll be amazed at how much exercise you've gotten and how great you'll feel!

Now get out there and bop to the top!

Not too much exercise tossing around a few slips of paper and a pocket full of change. Well,

change might do me good!

I forget who said it, but it is how I mostly live.

"I felt like exercising once, but I went back to bed until I got over it".
