OK, the workout. I hit it, it hit back.  No, I'm lying, it didn't.  The other day when I did back and biceps I really struggled with all the chinup/pullup bar stuff. I mean really.  Today, I did much better.  Watch the video and you'll hear about a goal I accomplished for the
