PhillyMac Phitness - Core Cardio and Balance

Hello all!

Day 2 this week was Core Cardio and Balance from the Insanity series. I love this workout. Still good, but for Insanity it was slower paced, perfect for me while I finish off the detox and continue to let my shoulder heal.




Now go be amazing :-)

Did I miss the end of P90X? Is this a substitution, a hybrid, or just mixing it up?
