P90X(R) - Back & Legs, Ab Ripper X (Day something...?)

SATURDAY!

Yup, after the trip back from Vegas and being up for about 26-27 hours, I crashed on Friday. I didn't feel too guilty because (a) I had that totally crazy day on Wednesday and (b) I watched what I ate on Friday so I wouldn't be sorry :-)

Saturday I hit P90X hard and really enjoyed back and legs.  Oh, then I went out and cut my lawn for an hour and a half.  Tip for the day: Don't work your legs out like an animal then go out and cut your lawn.  Just sayin' ;-)

Rest on Sunday!
