P90X(R) - Day 15 Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X

Monday, Monday, MONDAY! Time to hit chest & back for the third time. Crush, crush, crush! And now ow! Good stuff man. What a great way to start the week. I did notice that on these days I get STARVED by lunch - be sure to have fuel!!
